Hot cold rest repeat
The "hot, cold, rest, repeat" cycle, also known as thermotherapy or the Nordic cycle, is a wellness ritual involving alternating between heat (sauna) and cold (cold plunge), followed by rest, to improve circulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Hot: 15-20 mins
Cold: 30sec-2mins+

We offer two spacious Finnish-style dry saunas, each accommodating 8-10 people. Experience relaxation enhanced with essential oils for a truly refreshing ambiance. Additionally, it can work wonders when combined with breathwork techniques.

Ice bath
An ice bath often referred to as cold water immersion, involves fully submerging your body in frigid water. This practice has gained popularity among athletes and fitness enthusiasts due to its potential recovery benefits. Recently, there's been interest in using short ice baths—around three minutes—as a tool for managing depression and supporting mental health.

Red light therapy
In red light therapy, you expose your skin to a lamp. It uses an LED (light-emitting diode) that emits the correct spectrum of light. Red LED light travels deeper into the skin than blue LED light, which is sometimes used to treat skin surface conditions such as acne. When the light enters your skin, your mitochondria soak it up and make more energy, which helps cells repair themselves.
